About Us
The green man has a reputation for quality and friendly service. With 6 en-suite rooms each having its own private entrance. All rooms are to a high standard of accommodation with a 3 star rating.
The green man is situated in the centre of leek so way not take advantage and have a day browsing round the antique shops that leek is famous for. Then you could have a night out sampling the many new restaurants and bars that have newly opened in leek.
A full English breakfast is included in the price, alternative breakfasts are always available and special diets can be catered for by arrangement.
Our rooms.
The 8 guest rooms two double, two twin, two triples, one single with disabled access and one family room are furnished to make the guests stay most comfortable. All rooms are en-suite with televisions and tea/coffee making facilities the rooms are serviced daily.
There is also ample off street parking facilities available.
The Local Area. Leek is the gateway to the peak district with dramatic moorlands, peaceful valleys and lake side walks a great area for walking, pony trekking, mountain biking and a whole range of out door activities.
The famous artist William Morris stayed here for a few years because he was interested in textile dyes - for colours he could produce in his own now famous designs for wallpaper and tapestry etc.
